My name is Renee and I am the owner of Shines by the Sun LLC. I have been using the nickname "Neigh" since my sister was born in 1995, it was one of the first words she learned. From there the handle "NiftyNeigh" was born!
Shines by the Sun is a 100% mobile business servicing all of Central Florida and beyond!
I specialize in tying shining and sparkling silk enhancement strands of various colors to a single piece of hair. It's a growing trend brought back from the 90's now called Fairy Hair!
